Welcome to Pixo. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pixo mobile application and related services.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Pixo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, please stop using the app.
2. Agreement to Terms
By using Pixo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. You also agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the app.
If you use Pixo on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
3. Service Overview
Pixo is an iOS photo and video organization and cleanup tool designed to help users manage their media library and free up storage space.
Pixo may include features such as:
- Photo and video organization
- Duplicate and similar photo review
- Blurry photo, screenshot, Live Photo, and large video cleanup
- Category-based media review
- Travel album organization
- "On This Day" memories
- Video compression
- Video to Live Photo conversion
- Cleanup reports and storage insights
Pixo is intended to help you review, organize, compress, and clean your personal media. You are responsible for reviewing items before deleting, compressing, or modifying them.
4. Photo and Video Access
To provide its core features, Pixo may request access to your photo library. This access is used to analyze and organize your photos and videos on your device.
Pixo does not delete, compress, convert, or modify your media unless you choose to perform such actions. You are responsible for confirming any cleanup, deletion, compression, or conversion operation.
Deleted items may be moved to the "Recently Deleted" album depending on iOS system behavior. You should review your media carefully before confirming any cleanup action.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree that you will not:
- Use Pixo for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the app's operation
- Reverse engineer, copy, modify, or distribute the app
- Use the app to process content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights
- Misuse subscriptions, refunds, promotions, or free trials
You are solely responsible for your device, your media library, and any actions you take within the app.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Pixo may be free to download, but certain features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase.
Subscription options, prices, trial periods, and billing terms will be displayed before purchase. Payments are processed by Apple through your Apple ID.
6.1 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
6.2 Managing Subscriptions
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Then select Pixo and tap Cancel Subscription.
6.3 Free Trials
If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial period ends. Trial availability and duration may vary by region, offer, or user eligibility.
6.4 Refunds
All refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple. Refund decisions are made by Apple and are subject to Apple's policies.

7. Data and Privacy
Your use of Pixo is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information related to your use of the app.
Pixo is designed to process photos and videos locally on your device whenever possible. We do not sell your personal photos or videos.

8. App Updates and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue certain features of Pixo at any time. Updates may include bug fixes, performance improvements, new features, or changes required by Apple or applicable law.
Some features may not be available in all regions, on all devices, or for all users.
9. Disclaimer
Pixo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that:
- The app will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free
- The app will meet all of your expectations or requirements
- Cleanup, compression, or organization results will always be perfect
- All media operations can be reversed
You use Pixo at your own risk. Please review your photos, videos, and files carefully before deleting, compressing, or modifying them.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pixo and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of media, loss of profits, device issues, or service interruptions arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
11. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in Pixo, including but not limited to app design, graphics, logos, trademarks, source code, text, features, and related content, are owned by or licensed to the developers of Pixo.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on Pixo without prior written permission.
12. Third-Party Services
Pixo may include or interact with third-party services, such as Apple services, analytics tools, crash reporting tools, subscription management services, or payment processing services.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Pixo if you violate these Terms, misuse the app, or engage in conduct that may harm the app, other users, or our services.
You may stop using Pixo at any time by deleting the app from your device. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription. You must cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices.
When we update these Terms, we will revise the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Pixo after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the app.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the app developer is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of Pixo shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law and through the appropriate courts or dispute resolution procedures of that jurisdiction.
